Syngonium Pink Salmon, also known as Syngonium Strawberry Milk and Syngonium Podophyllum 'Pink Salmon,' shows off with its light green and white leaf, splashed with dimensional shades of pink. Its leaves are usually arrowhead-shaped and can develop lobes as they mature, or reach their large form. The older leaves harden off into a darker shade of green, which moves from the edge of the leaf toward the veins. Pink Salmon is a rare, must have varietal for Syngonium afficionados!
 
Syngonium Pink Salmon is often used for decorative purposes in homes and offices. It adds a touch of elegance and a pop of color to indoor spaces, and is an eye-catching addition to any indoor plant collection. Its ease of care makes it a great choice for both novice and experienced plant enthusiasts. Like other syngoniums, Pink Salmon has a trailing or climbing growth habit. It produces vines with leaves along their length. This makes it suitable for hanging baskets or for training to climb up support structures, or can be regularly pruned to maintain a bushier appearance. 
 
Care and Maintenance
 
Remember that each plant is unique, so closely monitor your plant and adjust its care based on its response. By providing the right conditions, you'll be rewarded with a stunning and healthy plant that adds a touch of tropical elegance to your indoor space.
 
Light
Provide bright, indirect light for your syngonium. It can tolerate lower light conditions, but its coloration will be most pronounced and attractive in moderate to bright indirect light. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as this can scorch the leaves.
 
Temperature
Maintain a comfortable room temperature between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Keep it away from cold drafts and sudden temperature fluctuations.
 
Watering
Allow the top inch of the soil to dry out before watering. Water thoroughly when needed, but ensure that the pot has proper drainage to prevent waterlogged roots.
 
Soil
Use a well-draining potting mix to prevent overwatering. A mix of regular potting soil, perlite, and peat moss or coconut coir works well.
 
Fertilization
Feed your syngonium with a balanced, diluted liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce or eliminate fertilization during the fall and winter when growth slows down.
 
Humidity
Syngonium can tolerate average indoor humidity levels. However, it may benefit from increased humidity. Misting the plant or using a humidity tray can help.
 
Pruning
Trim any yellowing or dead leaves to maintain the plant's appearance and encourage new growth.
 
Potting
Repot your syngonium when it becomes root-bound or outgrows its current container. Repotting is best done in the spring.
 
Dusting
Dust can accumulate on the leaves, hindering their ability to absorb light. Wipe the leaves gently with a damp cloth or give the plant a shower occasionally to keep it clean.
 
Pests and Diseases
Keep an eye out for common houseplant pests like spider mites, thrips, aphids, and mealybugs. If you spot any pests, take action promptly with appropriate treatments.
 
Rotation
To ensure even growth and avoid the plant leaning towards the light source, rotate it every couple of weeks.
